I don't care what The Husband says about Apple products, he can have his Droid. I'm sitting pretty over here and petting my iPhone because I put together a podcast episode, from start to finish, without anyone else's help. I may just propose to the creators of the BossJock App. It's worth the $9.99---every single penny. Trust me on this.
The plan? The ChingonaFest Project Podcast will go live on Fridays on SoundCloud (I'll let you know when I figure out the iTunes thing). Pretty sweet, and I'm already booked through December with some amazing guests including Eileen Carter-Campos, Dior Vargas, Lorraine C. Ladish and Phillipe Diedrich, Melanie Mendez-Gonzales, James Oliver, and more.
Speaking of the obvious Not a Lady in that list, I've decided to open the ChingonaFest Project up to reflect the world in which we all live: It ain't a bubble, people. Sure, I'm going to be hitting on plenty of topics near and dear to this Latina's heart, but to focus only on those topics is way too one-dimensional for the way my brain works. That goes talking to the boys, too, ladies.
Check out the episode four here (it's a relaunch, remember?). My guest, of course, is the incredibly entertaining and always enlightening Margaret Elysia Garcia. Thanks to Labios Celofan for allowing me to use one of their songs as my show theme! Oh and click HERE to support The ChingonaFest Project as a Patron (because you are AWESOME, that's why!)
See you next week!
